About the Author
Gerard Leone and Richard D. Rahn are principals with Leonardo Group Americas, an international Lean training and mentoring company with offices in Germany and the United States. They have been applying Lean thinking and methods to hospitals since 2002, and are the founding members of the Lean Hospital Group, which can be found on the web.
