Somatic Patterning developed out of diverse studies in numerous healing modalities, including massage, Rolfing Movement, Body-Mind Centering, Hakomi Somatics, and masters studies in Body Psychology. In her private practice and ongoing classes in the Denver/Boulder area, Mary Ann specializes in working with patterns of posture and movement associated with pain and discomfort.
