About the Author
Mary Ann Foster, B.A., C.M.T., has specialized in teaching movement classes to massage therapists and bodyworkers for 18 years. Somatic Patterning developed out of diverse studies in numerous healing modalities, including massage, Rolfing Movement, Body-Mind Centering, Hakomi Somatics, and masters studies in Body Psychology. In her private practice and ongoing classes in the Denver/Boulder area, Mary Ann specializes in working with patterns of posture and movement associated with pain and discomfort.
