About the Author
Steven J. Stowell, Ph.D. is the founder and president of the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness a world leader on the topic of Coaching. He is the co-author of Leading Groups to Solutions, A Practical Guide for Facilitators and Team Members; Win-Win Partnerships, Be on the Leading Edge with Synergistic Coaching; Teamwork, We have met the Enemy and They Are Us;Ahead of the Curve, A Guide to Applied Strategic Thinking. Steve has published articles in Development and Training, ASTD, ASBA, and Executive Excellence Magazines. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife, Debbie, and their four children.
