About the Author
Internationally reknown French painter Michel Delacroix is an acclaimed master of the naif tradition. A self-styled "painter of dreams and of the poetic past," he has devoted five decades to painting the city he calls 'the Paris of then,' the magical place where he was born, spent his boyhood and continues to maintain a studio to the present day.
In the United States alone, Delacroix's paintings have been featured in more than 300 solo exhibitions from New York to Los Angeles. Abroad, his work has been exhibited throughout Europe and Japan.
