About the Author:

James Rosin has written and produced two sports documentaries: Philly Hoops: The SPHAS and Warriors,and The Philadelphia Athletics 1901-1954. (Both have aired on PBS and been released by Alpha Video.) He has also written books on classic television series such as Wagon Train, Naked City, Route 66, Adventures in Paradise, Peyton Place, The Invaders, The Streets of San Francisco,and Quincy M.E. His most recent work is Philly Pop, Rock, Rhythm and Blues, a musical history of Philadelphia from the 1950s through the 1970s.
