About the Author
Eli Mina, M.Sc., CPP, PRP is a Vancouver(Canada) based management consultant, speaker, executive coach and Certified Parliamentarian. In business since 1984, Eli assist his clients in managing meetings, building better boards and councils, preventing amd dealing with disputes and dysfunctions, demystifying the rules of order, and establishing minute taking standards. Eli is the author of several books in his fields of expertise.
