About the Author

Beth Page provides organization development consulting and coaching services in collaboration with her clients. Beth is the president of Dream Catcher Consulting, a firm dedicated to working with organizations to navigate change and renewal by leveraging the value of the human dimension with achievement of superior business results. A few of her clients have included: the Children’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado; the University of Victoria; the BC Public Service Agency and the Centre for Applied Leadership and Management at Royal Roads University. Beth is an associate faculty member with the School of Leadership Studies at Royal Roads University. She teaches in the Master of Arts in Leadership program and the MBA program. Beth has a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence coach with the EQ in Action profile. Beth has also completed the Advanced Human Resources Management program at the University of Toronto, the Certificate in Management Development from the School of Business at Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Carleton University. She is the author of Done Deal: Your Guide to Merger and Acquisition Integration and contributed to the book Awakening the Workplace: Achieving Connection, Fulfillment and Success at Work.
