Synopsis
Traveler is a beautifully written and illustrated story about a small dog that has traveled alone down a dusty road towards Bethlehem. In Bethlehem, Traveler finds an Inn Keeper and his wife whom he befriends. They let him sleep in their stable with a young couple who have recently had a baby named Jesus. This beautiful story, written for children of all ages, is about trust, faith, and hope encircled By love as lived through the life of a very loving and grateful dog named Traveler.

About the Author
Mary Alice Parmley is known and loved as a teacher of children and adults who are children at heart. Author of Seasons, Thoughtful Reflection in Poetry, she has written poems and children's stories her entire life. During her forty-four year career as a master teacher, Mrs. Parmley knew the importance of showing encouragement and respect, giving of herself to others, and lending a hand through friendship. By example, she conveyed these values to her students. Mrs. Parmley believes that a good, caring teacher can have tremendous impact on a child. Her teaching style and unique knowledge of what children love inspired her to write Traveler.
