About the Author

Stephen Linsteadt is a painter, poet, writer, and student of cosmogony and consciousness. In addition to publishing articles on health, consciousness, and emotional wellbeing in various magazines, Stephen is the co-author of The Heart of Health; the Principles of Physical Health and Vitality. Stephen earned his naturopathy doctorate from Trinity School of Natural Health. He is certified as a nutritional consultant through the American Association of Nutritional Consultants and studied bio-energetic medicine in Germany. He has lectured extensively on the subject of the mind-body connection; created and conducted workshops in the area of physical health and emotional/psychological wellbeing.
