About the Author

Michael-John Bristow and Nigel Bristow are international consultants and speakers who have helped thousands find the power in feedback. Their years of experience and ongoing research put them at the forefront of talent development and organizational effectiveness training. They have consulted with organizations around the world, including 3M, Boeing, ConocoPhillips and Textron. They have personally shared this message on six continents (not being fond of sub-zero temperatures, they hope the book will make it to Antarctica on its own). Michael-John and Nigel were born in South Africa before immigrating to the United States. Michael-John is the founder and President of Step Change Learning, a training and consulting firm that uses the latest research in cognitive neuroscience and psychology to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential.
