You want to sue somebody, or someone else is trying to sue you. All your hopes for justice are riding on your attorney and his expertise. But how do you know if you can trust the counsel you hire or if their advice is sound? Can you tell if you're being cheated, lied to, manipulated or robbed - by your own lawyer?
This short book, a champion of the average stressed-out American, gives you a chilling look into the lawsuit jungle through the eyes of one who's "been there, done that" and lived to tell about it. These are the secrets you need to know BEFORE you make that first call to an attorney. It's the powerful little book many lawyers want to see banned because it empowers you to take control, to reduce your stress, save your money, and avoid becoming another casualty of a misguided legal system.
If you think your only answer is to sue, think again. Better yet, give your adversary a copy of this book. You both may be persuaded to work it out instead.
