Kathleen Spitzer is a corporate, real estate and asset protection attorney practicing in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and received her J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. In law school, she was editorin-chief of the law journal, Animal Law. Kathleen is a member of the Wyoming, Idaho and Oregon State Bar Associations and has extensive knowledge in corporate, business and real estate law matters. An avid real estate investor herself, Kathleen specializes in helping individuals understand the complexities of business structures and assisting entrepreneurs in protecting their assets and limiting their liability exposure. Kathleen is on the board of the Family Safety Network in Driggs, Idaho. She enjoys winter sports and mountain biking and lives in the Jackson Hole area with her husband and daughter.
