She earned a doctorate of Religious Education degree from Destiny Christian University, a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Detroit. Although Dr. Vicky serves in many capacities, she feels her first ministry is at home.
