About the Author
Maria L. Valdemi is a writer, editor and public speaker. Her career began as a teacher of history and she authored a series of articles on the local lore of the Hudson Valley. In addition she has written two novels and also a translation editor for Singing From The Soul, the autobiography of tenor, Jose Carreras. In all her studies and travels around the world she has immersed herself in the stories of people and places she has visited.
