About the Author
Randy Johnston is a renowned professional malpractice attorney who has spent three decades suing lawyers, investment advisors, accountants, financial planners, and business partners who rob with a pen instead of a gun. He is managing partner of JohnstonTobey, P.C., a Dallas-based law firm.
