Ms. Vickers is an ordained Elder, and serves as the founder and Creative Director of W.E.L.L. (Women Empowered to Live and Lead) based in Flowood, MS. Ms. Vickers holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance. She conducts workshops throughout the country on church growth and administration.
