About the Author:

William S. Hettinger is the E-Learning Guru—an author, educator, and speaker on the subject of online education. He is an expert at making the complex simple. In his teaching and consulting, he excels at translating complex concepts and technical material into simple, understandable language. This book is one example of his ability to synthesize and simplify. Dr. Hettinger is a consultant to educational institutions and corporations large and small.
