About the Author

Heidi Webb holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in mathematics from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) and a Master of Science in Computer Science from St. Mary’s University. She is currently an Assistant Professor at San Antonio College, where she instructs Program Logic and Design, Introduction to C++, Advanced C++ and Data Structures courses. She has co-authored a supplementary study guide for introductory programming courses. Steve Kolars had over 20 years of computer experience before he began teaching full-time in 1994. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University of San Antonio, Texas and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio. Ron Carswell has over 20 years of computer experience with both small and large organizations. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University. He has earned A+, N+, CTT+, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, and MCDST certifications. He is currently an Assistant Professor at San Antonio College, where he instructs A+, N+, MCSA, CCNA, and MCDST certification courses. He has authored five books.
