About the Author

For over two decades, Chef Andrew Selz has been entertaining and educating customers with his energetic approach to food, cooking, and public speaking. His talent has crossed numerous media venues nationwide. A graduate and former instructor at The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Andrew and his expertise, have allowed him to serve as personal chef to President Clinton and family during their Renaissance Retreats in Hilton Head South Carolina and has continued to serve as a culinary consultant for the United States Navy. His passion led him to create, executive co-produce, and host one of the Food Network s much enjoyed show, Navy Chef Challenge. This in conjunction with his numerous public appearances on local and National Network Programs, along with his radio shows, In the kitchen with Chef Andrew . Chef Andrew is a favorite trend setting chef and presenter. Over the years Chef Andrew has volunteered his time and talent to the US Navy Adopt a Ship Program and to help raise money for many national and international charitable organizations. Chef Andrew has written for numerous magazines, his contributions have appeared in many publications including; Rolling Pin, Food Arts, Fervor, Emerald Coast Home Design and Chef Magazine.
