The author is president of IT Economics Corporation and has taught IT investment management courses and seminars at the executive and graduate level for more than ten years. He is an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Management and Technology, University of Maryland University College, assisted the National Defense University in establishing and presenting its CIO Certificate Program, and served as guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School. Earlier, he served as president of a technology subsidiary of a Fortune 100 organization.
