About the Author

As a Licensed Psychologist in private practice, a mother of three children, Dr. Fletcher understands the struggles of multiple roles and expectations. It is a combination of professional and personal experiences that enables Dr. Fletcher to be a compassionate, yet objective and effective psychologist and sought after speaker. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, Dr. Fletcher received her Masters and Ph.D. from Texas Woman's University in Psychology. After receiving her Ph.D., Dr. Fletcher worked with Dr. Phil McGraw as a litigation specialist on high profile cases, producing mock trials, preparing expert witnesses and assisting in jury selection.
She has been quoted as an expert in PEOPLE Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Redbook, Baby Years, CosmoGirl, Fitness Magazine and on KRLD Radio in Dallas. She regularly appears as an expert on local FOX, NBC and ABC News programs. 
Dr. Fletcher is also pleased to play an active role in several professional and community organizations.
