About the Author

Clifton Mitchell, Ph.D. is an international clinical trainer with over 30 years experience teaching people mental programming techniques that work. He is also a keynote speaker who has taught techniques for improving communications and creating change through the precise use of language at hundreds of mental health, business, and civic organizations. In his trainings he delivers practical information in a uniquely entertaining, fast-paced style that is filled with humor and examples from his experience in mental health. In this book he explains how to apply and reap the benefits of the scientific concepts of priming and dominant thought theory for everyone desiring a healthier, more productive life.

Dr. Mitchell is also the author of Effective Techniques for Dealing with Highly Resistant Clients that teaches mental health professionals cutting-edge approaches for managing psychological resistance. Resistance management approaches from this book enhance the therapeutic dialogue through the utilization of priming and dominant thought theory that he is now presenting in his new book for all desiring to take control of their life.
