About the Author
Michelle Bain created Thumbs Up Johnnie in the Spring of 2002. As a child, reading fueled her imagination and gave her an appetite for the artistry of writing. Her quest for crating a world where children can learn through humor and by examples of virtue is her primary motivator. Michelle's writing expression, illustration and character development encourages children to embody various virtues in their daily life. The stories are purposely structured with multi-layered humor, double entendres, and idiosyncratic characters to make the story lines interesting to many types of readers. Through the Adventures of Thumbs Up Johnnie Series, Michelle's vision is to create characters that will be impactful, entertaining & character-building in children.
