Sidi Shaykh Muhammad Sa'id al-Jamal ar-Rifai as-Shadhuli is the guide of the peace, love and mercy in the Shadhiliyya Sufi Way. He is the head of the Higher Sufi Council in Jerusalem and the Holy Land, and a teacher in the holy mosques at al-Aqsa in Jerusalem.
