About the Author
Michael Sack Elmaleh is a Certified Public Accountant and Certiifed Valuation Analyst with nearly thirty years of accounting experience. He has ten years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate level. In addition to teaching accounting and finance courses, he has also taught economics, statistics and mathematics. He holds a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy, an M.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in Philosophy. Elmaleh has published articles on taxation issues and valuation theory in various professional journals.
