The Insurance Wars is primarily a business "How To" book. Although it is the story of how a person built a large Independent Insurance Agency from nothing to a very successful enterprise; it is in reality a book about how to start a business from scratch, with virtually no capital and make it a success. Also, virtually all of us are insurance consumers, yet so few people really understand how the Insurance Industry works. The Insurance Wars really helps to demystify this complex and important industry.
