About the Author:

Jeffrey Kaplan is a lead partner in the Technology Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He is a thought leader in IT management, and has worked with numerous organizations to define and implement dramatic business improvements through strategic investments in technology. Based in Washington D.C., Kaplan publishes and presents on governance issues. His expertise includes strategy, performance management, customer management, technology management, and organizational change management. His experience spans the banking, chemical, computer, government, pharmaceutical, software, and telecommunications industries.
