In January, 2002, Mary Goulding, psychotherapist and life long lover of travel gave up her apartment in San Francisco and has been traveling and meeting facinating people ever since. She proves that life is an adventure and almost proves the same about dying. This is a "where to go" and "how to do it" travel book and memoir, plus a few nuggets from her psychotherapy abroad.

Mary Goulding MSW began in early childhood imagining herself traveling through OZ, and never stopped loving the idea and then the reality of being in new countries. She and her late husband, Robert L. Goulding MD, developed Redecision therapy, a brief, effective form of psychotherapy which they taught internationally and at their famous Western Institute For Group And Family Therapy, in California. Mary continues to lecture at psychotherapy conferences and occasionally still gives teaching workshops to professional audiences. Mary finished this book in time for her eightieth birthday. She describes people she has met and places she has experienced, and uses her teaching skills to help you make your own splendid travel adventures.
