In her seminars Ms. Kimberly Benjamin addresses the effects of changes in ones career. Her approach facilitates dialogue and understanding between seminar participants. Kimberly also specializes in helping employees in identifying the career that is best for them and providing resources needed for a successful transition. Kimberly Benjamin has over 13 years of experience in human resources overseeing the development of certain areas as Diversity & Worklife Integration, Succession Planning, Training, Recruitment & Selection, and New Hire Orientations. She has worked as a human resource professional at major companies, such as: Ford Motor Company, General Motors, ITT Industries, Wal-mart, Toys-R-Us, and Kelsey Hayes. Born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, Ms Kimberly Benjamin brings a unique perspective and personal passion to her seminars. Kimberly received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Merchandise Management and Marketing from Eastern Michigan University in 1992 and her Masters of Arts Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Wayne State University in 1997. Kim is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through The Human Resource Certification Institute. Kimberly is also a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and The Human Resource Association of Greater Detroit (HRAGD). Ms. Kimberly Benjamin has made it her mission to help people have a successful career transition.
