The HEAR Process is a powerful communication tool that breaks through unresolved issues and brings healing to relationships. In resolving conflict, there is a lot of information about what not to do in our communication. This book reveals a process that shows you what to do to break all the bad habits that kill, steal, and destroy good communication. Unresolved hurts cause anger, avoidance, and defensiveness that block the joy in our relationships. The HEAR Process allows the conflict to be transformed into a predictable outcome of intimacy and understanding. This experience will solidify your confidence in handling the most difficult issues in relationships. The HEAR Process is remarkably successful because it is based on Biblical principles. When this process is applied to your relationships regularly, you will experience compassion, honor, respect, forgiveness, and love.
