Michael has authored many books, several columns and a thousand articles on Professional Credibility and Psychological Communication. He is the premier practitioner of Psychological Selling for Financial Advisors. You can find him delivering workshops and keynotes throughout the US and Canada.
Pamela Holloway is a Green/ Analytical. She s a researcher, program designer, writer and teacher. Pamela is an expert in Human Dynamics - the cultural generational and individual variables that define markets, organizations, and individuals. She delivers keynotes and workshops and writes for several different publications.
Both authors have degrees in Psychology, augmented with extensive post graduate work in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). Michael is also a certified Trainer of NLP and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.
