This book is written for you. Age Strong, Live Long reveals a lifestyle plan that gives you a framework to address important issues of your life—stress, weight, exercise, food, and time. Dr. Baum, minus the medical jargon, explains how your body works, what you need to know to optimize those systems, and how to get that information. With that knowledge he teaches you how to create a life plan that is complete, rational, and applicable to everyone. No matter what your age, you can begin these lifestyle changes today and feel stronger and healthier almost immediately. It is not too late, and Dr. Baum has patients that prove that point. Dr. Baum’s program is not a straight and narrow path that makes you feel doomed when you drift from the plan. Instead, he presents a broad thoroughfare that allows for change, deviation, and obstacles—things we all deal with every day. It is not a magic potion, but with commitment to the principles Dr. Baum outlines in this book you will Age Strong and Live Long.
