An inspirational memoir for anyone who has ever dared to dream. Do you have dreams for your life, or do self-doubts cause you to settle for second best? If you think success comes only to those of Ivy League heritage, read about the life of one of America’s most successful entrepreneurs, A. Ray Dalton. Overcoming a life of poverty in East L.A., Ray not only climbed to the top of the corporate ladder, he created and sold seven companies along the way, culminating in a 2004 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Ray’s journey began when his wife Jan challenged him with the thought, “You can do more.” Despite enormous temptation to compromise, Ray succeeded by holding fast to his principles and character. So if you still believe that success is limited to those on the corporate fast track, read about the lessons learned by a serial entrepreneur and discover how you, too, can proceed with confidence.
