About 81 million baby boomers are or will soon be struggling with midlife changes in this country. Midlife is a critical period when a need to redevine life occurs.l "Now what do I do with my life?" and "Who am I?" are quesitons that surface during midlife transition. Creating second careers, finding purpose in life or exploring new life options are opportunities to create a meaningful midlife transformation. "It's Your Turn" documents Dr. Collins's midlife transformation, and how she created innovative activities to find her true self. These activities are practical and exciting techniques that awaken a sense of adenture while discovering one's self.

About the Author
Dr. Barbara Collins, management development consultant, executive coach, professor, keynote speaker and author, began her career as an educator. She started as an elementary school teacher in Philadelphia, teaching fourth grade and later becoimng a high school guidance counselor. Barbara was passionate about teaching and working with students. Barbara entered the corporate world as a human resources development manager at Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, where during her 11 years she designed and implemented training programs for more than 1,400 employees. Barbara later was employed as an organizational development internal consultant, assisting in the Corproate Wide, Total Quality and Diversity Culture Change initiative at Core States Financial, also in Philadelphia. Today, she dedicates her work to helping women find their authentic self. Barbara realized many years ago that finding our Divine purpose takes work and proactive planning; it doesn't just happen or fall into our laps. As an active member of the National Speakers Association, (4,000 members), and NSA's Mid-Atlantic Speakers Association, she has a proven track record as a speaker to varied audiences
