About the Author:
Daryl Smithgall is the founder and executive director of Footsteps Missions and has led short-term missions in over 25 countries for projects of all types. Daryl has helped scores of churches, other organizations, and individuals prepare groups for short-term trips. He continues to lead several trips a year, and directs other Footsteps leaders. A recognized expert in the field, Daryl has written articles that appeared in major mission magazines and given talks before national organizations on short-term missions topics.
