Born in Sialkot City, Dr. Jaspal Singh Mayell came to the US in 1957, and was awarded a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Texas. He was a founding member of the Sikh CLultural Society in New YOrk and has been closely associated with the Richmond HIlls Gurdwara as well as numerous Sikh humanitarian organizations. He spent 7 years writing the book, and addresses the review of Sikhism both to the young and old
