About the Author
J. Randolph Bulgin, now in his 76th year has spent almost his entire life in the machine shop. He comes from a family of craftsmen and is the 4th generation of blacksmiths, weldors, machinists, and metal workers. This book is the second of four books about metal working in the shop.
