Synopsis
From the back cover: "Although this book was written for young people, it will touch the hearts of animal lovers of any age. It tells the story of how a man named Bobby rescued two neighbors and his dog Rover during one of the worst natural disasters in U.S. history, only to be forced to leave his dog behind. More than a story about a man and his love for a dog, his quest is a story of love, loss, courage and determination to overcome life's tragedies. It shows how circumstances and our choices can change the path of our life and those around us in an instant."
