The recipes are better in this than any freezer friendly book I ve seen. Few steps & great tasting! I m so excited to be cooking great meals for my family & being able to spend more time with them & less time in the kitchen. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Emily Mailliard
Thank you for writing this book. My sister and I have been using it for over a year and we are hooked. We get together and cook, it has been wonderful time spent. Thanks again for the book it has helped us a bunch!! I am really lost when I run out of meals and have to wait for my sister to plan a cooking day.

Dinner is Ready is simple to read, easy to follow and it really works! Not only does it save you time the rest of the month, cuts the guess work of what's for dinner, it will help you save money at the grocery store. I was a big one on going to the grocery store every week. Get what I needed for the week to come and then some. I didn't prepare very well before going so there was always something I needed to go back for and lo and behold they'd have a sale on something or I'd be craving something and I'd buy more than I needed. Using this book has helped me cut out completely the extras I don't need and saved me trips back to the store. I actually find myself just getting bread, milk and eggs and high tailing it out of there. Since I have little kids I had alot of interruptions while I was cooking but when I was finished I stood back and looked at what I was able to accomplish...I had a month of dinners in my freezer and dinner prepared for that night. Plus all the recipes have been hits with my family.

Too cool!!!! My mom purchased this same book 2 weeks ago and this last weekend 4 of us made 90 dinners in 8 hours. (The husbands took care of the kids.) :) And we cooked all day and it was awesome!!! You feel sooo accomplished and I have 18 dinners in my freezer. We cooked for 5 families. It cost each of us $60.02 for 18 meals. You can't beat that. My mom has 2 kitchens in her house, thus we were able to do quite a bit more. But I am going to agree with ZMom, it is so worth it!

This book has TOTALLY improved life for my family and me. I have created convenience for myself, provided delicious home cooked meals with improved variety and have saved time and money. It has changed my whole outlook on providing meals for loved ones. It has given me the freedom to bless others and has even decreased dinner clean-up time so I can spend more time with family, friends, and activities. I am no longer frazzled and famished trying to think what is for dinner or wishing we could eat something but don't have the time! I cook and freeze meals that my family loves and I know what ingredients are in the meal. Thank you so much! --Beth Ferguson - Portland Oregon
I just wanted to write and tell you how much I love your cookbook! A friend introduced me to it about 5 years ago and I have been cooking 30 meals in one day ever since. My family is eating better and I feel great about providing nutritious, delicious meals in minutes. And I don't have to plan ahead for dinner anymore. I used to go down to the freezer 5 minutes before my husband arrived home from work and stare at the frozen hamburger and chicken breasts in despair. Now I pull out a batch of corkscrew chicken (or whatever), pop it in a pot of hot water where it thaws very quickly, then heat and eat. Everyone thinks I worked all day on dinner!
I've also made "30 meals in one day believers" out of many of my friends. We all love your book! I'm excited about your new software and can't wait to try it. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful idea with all of us who are so busy, yet want to provide a great dinner for our families! Cook on!

I wanted the book for later this fall when I have my 4th baby. I have been so overwhelmed with life, taking care of my family, being a good mom, keeping a clean house and to top it all off I am trying to start a business of my own, all while I am pregnant! I knew it was the answer to what I have been looking for. I love your suggestions for cooking tools and have had fun shopping for those as well.

I'm a pharmacist that works 2 days a week with 4 year old, 2 year old, and 2 month old kids. When I work, I don't get home until 7:30pm. My husband picks up the children and is home around 5:45pm. His cooking usually consists of macaroni and cheese. With my freezer meals, he can read the directions and have something fixed by the time I get home and it's good food. When I was pregnant, I was extremely tired. I was a high risk pregnancy so I had to go to a lot of doctor's appointments, work, get rest and take care of 2 kids. The meals were wonderful during this time. Usually I do the meals myself, but my mom helped me make them during my pregnancy. I probably have about 100 in my freezer right now, because I'm going back to work this week.

My daughter-in-law had broken her foot and was on crutches. She has a 2 year old and a few flights of stairs in her home. We decided to get together and cook up a bunch of meals and try out your book! It saved her life! She would never have been able to cook during her recuperation time! We do plan to do it again! Thank you. --Kathy Smith
We have in our neighborhood a family whose 4-year-old son was recently diagnosed with leukemia as well as at least one other condition that I can't remember. The neighborhood has been good about bringing meals in as needed, but I knew we needed to do something different.
We have a monthly cooking class. We found 12 of our favorite freezer-worthy meals. We had a total of 35 women donate the food and 12 came tonight to cook/assemble. In about 2 hours, we had prepared 30+ meals for this family. Tomorrow we will deliver them to this family.
While I have enjoyed putting your book to work for my own family, I'm so excited with how I could use it to bless the lives of others. I just wanted you to know that you've had an impact for good on our neighborhood family. Thank you.

A friend came into town last weekend and I was doing a cooking day on Saturday. I completed 34 meals while she visited another friend! They came to visit us on Sunday before heading back to Snowflake. I told her what I had done, showed her my freezers, and gifted her a book. After showing her the CD on my computer, she bought her own. She went right home, made her menu and went shopping for 15 recipes. The next day she was leaving for California for a few days, leaving a husband and four kids at home. She said she felt so good being able to leave and know that her family would have all the meals they needed while she was gone. She was SOOO excited to learn about this. --Pam Woods - Thatcher, Arizona
