About the Author

Pastor John F. Ramsey, Sr. is the pioneering and senior pastor of New Life Worship Center located in Indianapolis, Indiana. New Life Worship Center opened its doors to the Indianapolis community on August 5, 2001. The fresh and dynamic messages of Pastor Ramsey have drawn crowds to the church. Today, New Life Worship Center has over 3,500 members and has services in two locations...a renovated store in an area mall, seating up to 2,500 people in the sanctuary, and the main location, a 13-acre 80,000 square foot facility with sanctuary seating for 1,400. Pastor Ramsey has authored two books, Armed and Dangerous, Equipping Leaders for Effective Ministry and a book on leadership in ministry titled About My Father's Business, which he coauthored with Max Siegel of Verity Records. He is also co-chair of an annual leadership conference themed after the book About My Father's Business. Pastor Ramsey is married to his lovely wife Alicia, and they have two sons, John, Jr. and Jeremiah David.
