Susanna Lange Susanna continuously demonstrated how living her natural genius makes fast and seemingly impossible career moves easy and fulfilling. With a successful corporate career in both Germany and the United States, Susanna Lange has managed advertising projects for BMW and BMW Bank, sold information services to top pharmaceutical companies like Bayer, Roche and Schering and co-developed Fit for Learning, a highly effective program that has helped hundreds of children and adults experience quantum leaps in educational and professional settings. Susanna was able to overcome her own dyslexia with the programs that she now teaches. Susanna joined Otto Siegel at Genius Coaching, in 2005 to co-develop various Genius Coaching programs including Yes, You Are a Genius Maximizing Your Brilliance in Life and Business Mastering the 6 Fundamentals for Being a Successful Teen Susanna is a certified professional coach from the International Coach Academy. She graduated from the University of Munich with a B.A. in Japanese culture and economics. She holds a certification as an Accelerate Learning Coach from the Institute of Biology of Learning in Augsburg/Germany and she is a certified BrainGym® instructor. You are a genius! That's the premise of Susanna Lange and Otto Siegel's recent book that is titled, appropriately enough, Yes, You Are a Genius, Whether You Know it or Not. If you've any doubt about this declaration or even if you don't, it's worth the time it takes to explore the author's contention. In a taut and easy-to-read 122 pages, Lange and Siegel have partitioned their treatise into eleven brief but comprehensive chapters. With chapter headings such as 'You Are a Natural Genius'; 'Re-connect to Your Genius'; 'Stop De-Geniusizing Yourself;' Yes You Are a Genius takes a step-by-step approach to demythologizing the phenomenon we've come to recognize as genius. Lange and Siegel assert that genius isn't just found in the Mozarts and Einsteins of the word. They offer as their initial evidence Eistein's oft-stated belief: 'There is a genius in everyone.' The claim seems, at first glance, to defy intuition. After all, we are accustomed to understanding genius as a rare state of mind. But Lange and Siegel make a strong case for their argument. They pose three questions to the reader: What is my unique set of genius abilities: Which environment brings them out? How and where can I intentionally leverage them?
