About the Author

Moonstone Star White graduated with a journalism degree from Iowa State. She is certified as a hypnotherapist by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the American Board of Hypnotherapy and the International Hypnosis Federation. She is a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists and the National Guild of Hypnotists. She has also been a massage therapist, spiritual energy healer, aromatherapist, aromatherapy workshop instructor and free-lance artist. She has been a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and received a brown belt in Shotokan karate. She is an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church, which respects the unique and personal nature of spiritual experience.
