About the Author
Thomas Ramsey served as a teacher and administrator in music education on Long Island, New York, for 32 years. He earned a doctorate of education from Teachers College, Columbia University in 1964. Now retired, he lives in Ajijic, in the state of Jalisco, in Mexico.
