Dr. Philip Skiba is a physician specializing in Primary Care Sports Medicine. His focus is the non-surgical management of sports injuries, as well as athlete training, health, rehabilitation and wellness. Practicing what he preaches, Dr. Skiba has completed numerous triathlons, including Ironman USA, and has also competed in the individual sports of cycling and running. He works clinically, on the sidelines, and in the training room with high school, collegiate and professional athletes. His research interests and publications include training quantification and performance prediction.
