Synopsis

About the Author

Les Eldridge, historian, author and lecturer retired from careers in elected office, university administration and administrative law. He co-authored The Wilkes Expediton, Puget Sound and the Oregon Country (1987), a history, and has been a frequent college, cruise and museum lecturer on maritime history. He lives on Puget Sound and the island of Oahu.
