About the Author

Perry had humble beginnings growing up on a family farm in rural Johnston County, North Carolina. He graduated from High School in 1970 and went to college in Orlando, FL pursuing a degree that would prepare him to become a collegiate swimming coach. Shortly after moving to Orlando the school closed and Perry moved back to NC. At that time he decided to forgo college and began working in commercial construction. In 1972, Perry had a life changing experience when he had an encounter with the Creator of the universe through a course of events that literally saved his live. A summary of Perry s life changing testimony is in Chapter Three entitled, How to Receive Eternal Life. From 1972 on, Perry had an intense interest in studying the scriptures of the Holy Bible, especially the prophecy scriptures that teach about the second coming of Messiah and the end of day s events. Perry knew soon after he had his encounter with our Creator, that he would have an important work to do just prior to the fulfillment of the end of days prophecies. Perry didn t know at that time what that work would be. In 1993, Holy Spirit began to impress upon him that the work was to be the writing of a much needed and detailed book that would help readers to have a clearer understanding of the following topics: Who the Creator of the universe is; how to understand our Hebraic roots and enter into covenant relationship with Him; connecting current events that relate to the prophecies of His coming to this earth to establish His great kingdom; how people can begin to prepare for the very difficult times that the end of days prophecies reveal about the events of the last few years of this age as we know it. Knowing that writing the book would be a lot of hard work, Perry resisted for six years until in January, 1999 when he began researching and writing Prepare for the Coming of Messiah. With the text of the book completed, Perry started the company Menorah Books, LLC in the summer of 2007 to publish and promote the book. Distribution through book stores is planned for 2008. Perry wrote his first book Understanding Home Construction, A Complete Guide to Self-Contracting by Southeastern Publishing, in 1992. This book is scheduled to be put back into circulation in the spring of 2008. Perry is married to his wife Debbie of 32 years. They have two grown children. The elder Amanda is 25 and married to Brad Brewington, and the younger is Joshua who is 21. Perry teaches and ministers at Congregation Beth Yahshua (House of Jesus) in Greenville, NC. It is Perry s prayer and heart s desire for many people to purchase, study and learn from his latest work, Prepare for the Coming of Messiah, A Message of Love, Restoration, Warning and Hope. Perry knows that he has been given a mandate by our Creator to be a watchman on the wall in what he is sure is the last generation that we are living in. His life mission is to warn anyone that has ears to hear and take seriously the messages in his book, because the foundations of our society and world are shifting very quickly, and it s imperative that people understand the catastrophic events that are coming to planet earth.
