This book provides a quick overview of the Project Management Body of Knowledge in a clear and concise manner. It touches the critical aspects of project management and describes the critical tools. This book is the easy to read alternative to the "Guide to the Project Management body of knowledge" and provides the knowledge needed to for the day to day running of a project. The first intended audience is for people that must learn Project Management techniques "by the book" and in a very short period of time. Their projects are already starting and they need to know how they are supposed to kick start the project without being overwhelmed by the huge amounts of information to run a project properly. The second intended audience is for people who are already project managers and need a quick guide to refresh what they need to do in a new area of the project. A third intended audience is for those seeking a PMP Certification.
