Robert J. Raynor is President of Raynors Historical Collectible Auctions, Partner Raynors IMS, and Compiler of Raynors' Compendium. Bob has a 25 year association with American historical documents. First as a collector of Presidential ephemera, then as the president of Vintage Cover Story, an auction house specializing in historic newspapers, and currently as president of Raynors Historical Collectible Auctions, one of the country's leading auction houses specializing in American manuscripts from 1700-1900. At Raynors Historical Collectible Auctions, Bob has brought several important documents to market. In 2006, Raynors HCA set a world record with the sale of a Lincoln signed 13th Amendment abolishing slavery in America which sold for $1.8 million.
