Two years after my release from prison, I was hired by the Cousteau Society as a chief diver and expedition leader. I was still on special parole and did not speak French. Yet, I was in-charge of a famous French ship, R/V Alcyone and went off on an odyssey of adventure diving with humpback whales, dolphins, great white sharks, lava following underwater in Hawaii, and swam with orcas that were catching and eating sharks.
Five years later, I resigned the job of my childhood dreams to become a full-time drug education and motivational speaker for public schools nationwide. I have done over 3,300 school assemblies, spoken at 100's of churches, for many youth organizations, colleges, universities, organizations and corporations. My total live audience exceeds 800,000 people.  My television program, "High on Adventure," aired on cable and satellite via LLBN to 110 countries, four times a week for over two years. My commitment is to encourage children, youths, and young adults to do good work, to actively pursue their dreams, and to live a meaningful and purposeful life.
