Synopsis
A collection of short stories of memorable experiences of a young man growing up in rural America in the late fifties and early sixties. Subjects such as hitchhiking through the segregated South to leading a squad of Marines through the jungles of Vietnam. All stories are tastefully presented without graphic details. The reader can experience what it was like back then without all the unnecessary rhetoric. Reflections is good book that will entertain the reader from beginning to end. If you enjoyed William White's other books, you will enjoy this one as well.

About the Author
William White grew up in rural California as the son of a migrant farm worker. His early experiences and menories of this time in American history are quite unique and are shared freely with the reader. The child is the father of the man and these early experiences have helped fashon the man that William has become. These life experiences are the prevalent forces that have shaped his later writing skills and are present in all his works in one form or another.
